About

La Maison Du Rêveur is a slow fashion brand founded in Switzerland.
The vision of ‘The House Of The Dreamer‘ is to create pieces that indicate dreams.

The beauty of the French romance and its artistic history enchanted us. Its spirit lives still in the wind that wanders through the country, restlessly blowing through old, empty castles taking on the stories of their walls.

The great poets, for example, brought themselves into the world by dressing their ideas in words, shaping them by writing, trying to express the utmost deepest of feelings, not ever sure in what form or feeling it will arrive at a strangers heart. So did the Painters.

In their minds they saw the colors combined with the structures and with each stroke they dressed their canvas and brought to life their idea. Their art was their way of expressing themselves in a language no one can speak, one that is not teached by the books.

One that is not understood by mere meaning, but must be felt and revealed to everyone, individually.

We, like a poet, like the painters, dress our ideas, but in fabrics. We carry these dreams in us, our minds untiringly striving for the perfect combinations to expressing the inmost of our vision.
